COVID-19 UPDATE:

The safety of our staff, the public, and you and your pets is our top priority. The interior of the clinic will be closed to the public. Food and medication pick up will remain curbside. Markers are placed outside of the clinic doors to promote social distancing if more than one person arrives at the clinic for an appointment or food/medication.   

For clients requesting medication refills, we ask for your patience in dispensing due to our reduced hours and staffing.

About the LCHS Animal Clinic
We offer the only Humane Society run, full-service veterinary clinic in the province. Our mission is to welcome new clients and to encourage pet owners without a veterinarian to build a new relationship here.

We provide flea & tick prevention, medications, tick and heart worm tests & treatment,digital x-rays, bloodwork, dental and diagnostic testing. Our veterinarians will see cats and dogs.

New Clients:

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within:

48 + hours notice =             100% REFUND

24 – 48 hours notice =         50%   REFUND

Under 24 hours notice =     0%     REFUND

NO SHOW FOR APPT =    0%     REFUND (with no communication)

Existing Clients:

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within:

48 + hours notice =             0% CHARGE

24 – 48 hours notice =         50%   CHARGE

Under 24 hours notice =     100%   CHARGE

NO SHOW FOR APPT =    100%   CHARGE (with no communication)

To cancel you must call us at 905-688-7722, option 2, or email reception@lchsac.ca. We will reply and discuss rescheduling. The absence of a reminder call does not negate the $65 fee if you don’t show.
